Delivery :
Shipments are made on Tuesdays and Fridays. The order cut-off time is 5:00 pm the day before shipment. Delivery takes 1-2 days.
Residential address: Delivery time is Monday to Saturday 1200-20:00
Industrial, commercial and remote addresses: Delivery time is Monday to Friday 1200-20:00 (no delivery on Saturdays and Sundays)

Our delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories
Currently there is no delivery to the following areas:
i. Islands District (except Tung Chung);
ii. Airports, expo halls, Disney;
iii. Any controlled areas and areas where trucks are prohibited from entering;
iv. Logistics warehouses, transit warehouses, and warehouses where you need to queue up to pick up or deliver goods; and
v. Warehouses that require payment of gate fees or registration fees.
Note 1: For delivery addresses without lift service, the delivery company may require customers to go to the ground floor of a tenement building/the village entrance of a village house to pick up the product.
If it is necessary to deliver the products you ordered to the delivery address you provided, you may be required to pay an additional stair surcharge.
Note 2:
(i) Delivery service is only available to delivery addresses accessible by lifts. The delivery company may require customers to go to the ground floor of a tenement house/village entrance to pick up the product.
(ii) No specified date/time for delivery
(iii) Please ensure that your mobile phone is open so that the delivery person can contact you
(iv) If the delivery fails, it will need to be re-delivered a second time, and the surcharge incurred must be paid by the customer.
(v) No delivery on Saturdays and Sundays
SF Express collect:
After you place the order, you can choose SF Express collect (pickup at home/SF Express station/smart locker pick-up) to pay the freight by weight in the form of collect.
The maximum weight for picking up items from smart cabinets is 5kg.
Self-pickup:
Self-pickup address: Room 10, 8/F, Block B, Tak Nga Industrial Centre, 7 Shek Pai Tau Road, Tuen Mun (the building has a paid parking lot)

For those who have made an appointment, please pick it up on time. If you need to change the date/time, please inform us one day in advance so that we can make arrangements.
If the customer fails to pick up the product at the appointed time, the order will be canceled and the member account will be blacklisted.
